It looks like this group is inactive. I'm trying to kickstart a few new writing groups. Check them out if you're interested.

It depends very strongly on what the review focuses on. If the majority of the review focuses on story/narrative elements, with very little devoted to mechanics or production history, then sure. But that's typically not what most reviews focus on...
